Currently all coaching sessions take place virtually. All sessions include the below:
Initial 'Getting to know you' documentation
Contract and confidentiality agreement
Summary sheet outlining what has been covered within each session
Supported goal setting so you will know when you have been successful
The use of NLP tools in order to support you working towards your planned outcome
How much does it cost?
There are different coaching packages available to suit your needs and budget.
Surge: A one off 50-minute session to get started if you need some quick support or want to discuss something particular. £45 per session
Forward Flow: A set of three 50-minute sessions. £110.
Ripple Effect: One 30-minute session per month with bi-weekly email prompts. £35 per month
